Application
Students who have known us through our website, social media or their environment, can do research concerning the education of Turkey by consulting our website, and students who want to come to Turkey must share with us their personal information (surname, first name, date of birth, etc.) by filling in the online form on our website, choosing 5 sections they want and carrying out the registration process on our website

Participation to the YÖS exam
The exam date of YÖS will be published on our website. for the participation the students must come to the place of examination with their passports the YOS exam; 40 math questions 20 logic 20 Geometiri in total the exam is made up of 80 questions

University and department registration
After the announcement of the examination results, the process will be done according to the information filled in the online form, then the student will be entitled to getting registered to one of the departments that he has chosen. The documents delivered to our Office (diploma, transcript and passport will be translated and certified by the notary in Turkey and the payment of the first session will be made at the university

Visa application
After registration at the university we will send to the student the acceptance letter or student paper. the student must complete the documents requested from the Turkish Embassy for the visa application

Arrival in Turkey and welcoming at the airport
After the visa process, the student will buy his ticket according to the dates given by us. After their arrival in Turkey the students will be picked up from the airport and will be transfered to the hotel or their dormitory of the city where they will study for rest.

Delivery of the SIM card, transport card and documents to the student
SIM cards are given directly at the airport so that students have the possibility to inform their families and when they arrive in the city we give them the transport card which will facilitate their city transport during their studies.

Registration at the place of residence
One of the basic needs of students who reach the city where they will study is the need for accommodation. We register our students in the dormitories before their arrival.

Orientation training for the city and the university
To make life easier for students we give information about the city where they will be study, transport from their dormitory to the campus and information about where they can shop.

Health insurance process
During their stay in Turkey the health insurance will be required. we will also do all procedures for them to obtaining a health insurance needed while application for a residence card

Residence card application process
After having completed the residence and insurance procedures, All documents concerning the residence card will be prepared and the steps will be taken together with the student.

Registration at Tömer (Turkish language course) and start of lessons
After all the steps before starting the university first he must learn the Turkish language by getting registered to the language classes of the university ‘’ TÖMER ’’

Provision of consultancy services for 1 year
After all the steps the students will start to learn the Turkish language and we will also be there to solve any kind of problem for a whole year until adaptation.
